What is the Corridor Brief

Regulatory intelligence you can act on immediately

Most companies operating in India, UAE, or Singapore find out about regulatory changes from their local accountant — six weeks after the deadline has passed. The Corridor Brief reverses that.

Every month, your Foremark Country Director produces a curated intelligence briefing covering the regulatory changes, incentive windows, government policy shifts, and market developments that matter to foreign companies operating in each corridor.

It is not a news aggregator. It is not a legal newsletter. It is actionable intelligence — written by someone who has institutional access to the regulators themselves — telling you what changed, what it means, and what to do about it.

📋
Written by Country Directors
Not aggregated from public sources. Written personally by Foremark's in-market Country Directors who hold institutional relationships with the regulators they write about.
Breaking changes within 24 hours
When a material regulatory change lands mid-month — a budget announcement, a new PLI round, a SEBI circular — subscribers receive a flash briefing within 24 hours, outside the regular issue cycle.
🎯
Filtered for foreign companies
Every item is assessed through one lens: does this affect foreign companies operating in or entering this corridor? Domestic-only regulatory changes are excluded.
🔗
Gateway to Foremark advisory
When the Brief surfaces a change that requires action, subscribers receive a direct route to a Foremark advisory engagement — at subscriber-preferential rates.
What's in every issue

Six sections. Every month. No filler.

01 · Regulatory Radar
Every rule change that affects you

A curated list of every regulatory notification, circular, and government gazette entry from the past 30 days that affects foreign-owned entities in each corridor.

E.g. "SEBI amends FVCI regulations — impact on foreign venture capital structures operating in India"
02 · Incentive Windows
Open, closing, and upcoming schemes

Every incentive application window that is open, closing, or opening in the next 60 days — with qualifying criteria and Foremark's assessment of whether action is required.

E.g. "PLI Electronics Round 3 — open until July 15. Minimum investment threshold reduced to ₹50 crore"
03 · Tax & Structure Watch
International tax developments

Transfer pricing updates, treaty changes, withholding tax notifications, and OECD/G20 developments that affect holding structures across all three corridors.

E.g. "India–UAE DTAA amended — new beneficial owner definition affects dividend repatriation structures"
04 · Government Relations
Who moved, what changed, what it means

Senior appointments, ministry restructuring, and shifts in government priorities that affect the institutional relationships Foremark maintains on behalf of clients.

E.g. "New DPIIT Joint Secretary appointed — implications for PLI scheme administration and approval timelines"
05 · Market Intelligence
Sector-specific developments

Competitor moves, sector policy shifts, and market developments relevant to the sectors Foremark covers — pharma, tech, financial services, manufacturing, clean energy, consumer.

E.g. "India's GCC sector added 110,000 headcount in Q1 — implications for talent strategy and EOR structure"
06 · Country Director's View
One strategic observation per month

A short, opinionated perspective from the Country Director on the most significant development of the month — and what it means for companies considering or operating in that corridor.

E.g. "Why the Q4 PLI capex surge signals a structural shift in India's manufacturing FDI policy"

Questions

Everything you need to know

Is this different from Foremark's main advisory service?+
Completely different product. The Corridor Brief is a monthly intelligence subscription — a curated regulatory and market briefing. It is not advisory. It does not replace the Starter Report or Scale engagement. It is what you subscribe to when you want to stay informed continuously, whether or not you're currently a Foremark client.
Can I credit the subscription fee toward a Starter Report?+
Yes. If you subscribe to any Corridor Brief plan and subsequently commission a Starter Report within 12 months, your subscription payments to date are credited in full toward the $15,000 Starter fee. So if you've paid $99/month for 6 months, that's $594 credited. The $15K credit toward Scale operates independently on top of this.
What format does the Brief arrive in?+
Every issue arrives as a PDF and as a web-readable version in the subscriber portal. PDF is formatted for print and offline reading — typically 10–14 pages. Flash briefings on breaking changes arrive as direct emails with a one-page PDF attachment.
Who actually writes it?+
Foremark's Country Directors write each corridor section personally. The India section is written by the India Country Director. The UAE section by the UAE Country Director. The Singapore section by the Singapore Country Director. It is not aggregated by an editorial team or AI. The institutional relationships — with DPIIT, DIFC Authority, EDB — are what give the Brief its intelligence edge.
Can I share it with my team?+
One Brief and Full Brief plans are single-user licences. You may forward individual issues internally but you may not redistribute systematically. The Team Brief plan (10 seats) is designed for teams and firms who need to share the Brief across multiple people or use it in client-facing work.
What is the cancellation policy?+
Cancel anytime from your subscriber portal or by emailing brief@foremarkglobal.com. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the end of the period you've paid for. No penalties, no questions, no retention calls.
