The Go/No-Go report that makes every other decision easier
The Starter Report is Foremark's proprietary market entry intelligence report — specific to your company, your sector, and your target corridor. Delivered in 6 weeks. Board-ready. The $15,000 fee is credited in full toward any Scale engagement commissioned within 90 days.
Six sections. Every one
specific to your business.
Every scheme you qualify for — valued
A complete map of every government incentive available to your company in your target corridor — PLI, SEZ, EDB Pioneer Status, DIFC/ADGM structures — with estimated values and application windows.
The optimal legal entity for your specific situation
A specific, reasoned recommendation on entity type, holding structure, and jurisdiction — not a menu of options. One recommendation. The right one for your sector, size, and long-term objectives.
The exact sequence of approvals and timelines
The specific regulatory approvals required for your sector and structure, in the sequence they need to happen, with realistic timelines based on Foremark's institutional knowledge of each approval process.
What your competitors have done and why
A review of how comparable companies — same sector, similar size, similar origin country — have structured their entry into your target corridor. What worked. What failed. What Foremark would have done differently.
The three most common structural mistakes in your sector
A candid assessment of the structural mistakes that Foremark sees most frequently in engagements like yours — the errors that cost companies years to unwind and how to avoid each one from day one.
A clear verdict on whether to proceed — and when
Every Starter Report concludes with a Go/No-Go recommendation — Foremark's professional judgment on whether the corridor is right for your company at this moment, and if so, the optimal timing for entry.
The report that makes your board decision easy
Companies at pre-decision stage
You know you want to enter a corridor. You are not yet certain of the structure, the timing, or the regulatory pathway. The Starter Report answers all three specifically for your business — and tells you whether now is the right moment.
Boards requiring a formal Go/No-Go
Your board will approve the market entry — but needs a formal, structured analysis from a credentialed advisor before voting. The Starter Report is formatted for board presentation and delivered with a 60-minute call with your Country Director.
Companies that got different advice elsewhere
You have received conflicting advice from different advisors on your structure, your incentive eligibility, or your regulatory pathway. The Starter Report gives you one authoritative, specific answer — from someone with direct institutional access to the relevant regulators.
The $15,000 fee is not a sunk cost
Every Starter Report commissioned by a company that proceeds to a Scale engagement within 90 days has its $15,000 fee credited in full against the $75,000 Scale fee. The net cost of the Scale engagement for companies that commission a Starter first is therefore $60,000 — not $90,000.
This credit is contractual and unconditional. It is written into both the Starter Report engagement letter (as a commitment to apply the credit if Scale is commissioned within 90 days) and the Scale engagement letter (as a record of the credit applied). It cannot be revoked.
The credit exists because Foremark believes the Starter Report should be the beginning of an engagement — the intelligence layer that makes everything else more certain — not a standalone product with a cost that makes Scale more expensive.
Credit applies if Scale is commissioned within 90 days of Starter delivery. Contractual and unconditional.
